Spa Etiquette
Early arrival
Providing a relaxing environment is our commitment. We ask you
to kindly check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we
will do our very best to accommodate every guest; however, depending
on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your
service. Appointment scheduling
As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments,
however guests are invited to telephone the spa two days prior to their
appointments to confirm.

Cancellation policy
If necessary, spa guests have up until 24 hours
prior to their appointment to cancel in order to avoid a fee equal to
the amount of the treatment reserved.
About your visit
Robes, towels, sandals and shower facilities are
available. A locker is provided to all guests; however, we are not responsible
for personal belongings. Since many of our spa services require bare skin
and freedom of motion, we ask our guests to refrain from bringing or wearing
jewelry to the spa.
Some spa services require clean skin for effective treatment, so be advised that makeup will need to be removed and/or restored after some services.
Your comfort and well-being is our first concern. Prior to receiving
any services, please inform us about any special medical conditions
or prescription medication you are taking which may be contraindicated
for certain services. You will need to sign a release form prior to
receiving services. Regarding our pregnant clients, massages cannot
be performed until after your first trimester.
Children and cell phones
Spa guest and visitors must be at least 16 years
of age. We,
likewise, ask all guests to refrain from cell phone use and require all
mobile phones to be inactive or silenced when inside the spa and lounge
areas.
